Returns

To return or exchange your goods you will need to return your parcel via Collect+. Collect+ has parcel drop points in 4500 local stores, open early until late and 7 days a week, so you can return your items at a time that suits you!

1) Please visit https://unityhomeshopping.returns.international/lite to create a returns label.
2) Be sure to fill out the returns form on the back of the invoice to advise us what action is required upon return of the parcel (exchange or refund).
3) Simply take your parcel to any of the 4500 local stores offering collect plus services. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. To find your nearest local store offering Collect+ please visit www.collectplus.co.uk/chums

Returns normally take 10 working days to process, and you can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt.
Once you have dropped your parcel off at the Collect+ drop off point, it usually takes 3 to 4 working days to reach us. We will then process your return and post your exchanged item out to you as soon as we can. You should receive your order after a further 3 to 4 working days.
